Weekdays:

6 & 7 year-olds: Tuesday 6 pm @ Knocknarea Arena
Juveniles: Tuesdays 6 pm @ ATU Sligo Track
Seniors:
- Tuesdays 6 pm @ ATU Sligo Track/GAA pitch
- Thursdays 6 pm @ Cleveragh Regional Park

Weekends:

We have several Long Run Groups which leave from various locations and times over the weekends. New members are always welcome, and all abilities/paces/speeds are catered for.

Times & locations are subject to change, so don't hesitate to contact club officials during weekday training.
